First Day at New Job...
So today was the first day at my new job. I thought I was going to be like Chandler in the "Friends" episode where he was an intern at an advertising agency and he was the oldest by a lot. But I was WRONG! I fit right about in the middle. One of my former supervisors are in my training class with me. A friend's cousin is in there, as well as someone who lives in my town. It was a super great day - lots of information but all good!!!
Can't wait until tomorrow!

Looking for followers...
Looking for followers - anyone in the same boat as me - starting a new beginning? Doesn't have to be the same type.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
One More Day
Today is the day before I start my new job. Nervous but excited.
I am supposed to go to bible study tonight. I am a part of a beginner bible study group. It is a very small group. Two leaders with another gal and myself. I am thinking of not going anymore. I don't want to be a quitter, but I am not understanding it fully and am frustrated. I know that sounds like a whiner. But I think I need to choose a different path.
Anyone out there know of a do it at home bible study for beginners or dummies?

Welcome!
Welcome to my new blog!
I am turning 40 in 12 days. I am not thrilled. Thirty was no biggie for me. I was pregnant with my one and only son. I was happy. Turning a big number wasn't the main thing on my mind. I was pregnant and thrilled!!!
Forty - well - that is a different story. I am a lot heavier now. I need to lose some weight. I left my job of 3 1/2 years and will be taking a step back career wise. But it is more money, better benefits and a lot of room for growth. I start the new job on Monday. No time off for 6 months - will be hard. I have not been full time since I was pregnant.
So this blog will be about my journey of turning 40, and the new changes I am making.
I hope you will join me on this journey.
