Well, I did it!!
I turned the big 4 0 on Thursday. You know - it is just a number - not that it is going to change my mind about this new me and such. I am planning on doing my best to be a better me.. Lots of changes - turning 40, new job, etc...
This weekend with it being birthday/mother's day weekend has kind of blown my 'diet' of some sorts, but one of my perks with my new job is a free pedometer. Getting it ready today to see how many steps I can do a day.
Anyone out there reading on My Fitness Pal? Love it - will plan on tracking more food each day.
